Neil worked for 35 years in the Natural Resource Field, with a degree in Forestry and Conservation. He has an excellent background in land use, is knowledgeable of the vast natural resources information available; specializing in soils. He also has extensive experience in home construction and recognizes a quality built home.
He and his wife live in Sandy Creek; have three sons and a daughter. He was raised in Redfield; his mother's side of the family is deeply rooted in the Tugh Hill.
